Being a Corporate Newcomer
As I look back on my Integrove journey, I am filled with immense gratitude for the opportunities and growth I have experienced since joining the team. My journey began as a learner, fresh out of college, eager to make the most of the internship program.
The first project I worked on was an internal face recognition application, a challenging yet rewarding experience that set the stage for my future development. During this time, I had the opportunity to earn certifications, further enhancing my skills and knowledge.
From Learner to Intern to Junior
During my internship, I ventured into the world of chatbots, an entirely new area for me. I immersed myself in chatbot development and eventually contributed to an application project by creating a chatbot. This experience was invaluable, as it allowed me to explore a different aspect of technology and understand how these tools can be used to create interactive and user-friendly applications.
Now, as a Junior Technical and Cloud Consultant, I continue to build on the foundation laid during my internship. I am currently working on another chatbot project, where I also manage the application side of it, utilizing state-of-the-art frameworks and technologies. This hands-on coding experience has allowed me to deepen my expertise while working closely with directors and project leads, whose guidance and mentorship have been instrumental in my growth.
My Integrove Journey
One of the greatest things about Integrove is the people and the collaborative environment. I was welcomed with open arms and given the opportunity to immerse myself in the projects that drive our industry. The team was incredibly supportive, encouraging me to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
The company’s commitment to individual development has enabled me to acquire new skills, earn certifications, and build a strong professional profile. Being a part of this incredible organization has given me the foundation to excel in my field.
Looking back at my Integrove journey from learner to Junior Technical and Cloud Consultant, I am confident I am exactly where I am meant to be. I have grown to love my role and the responsibilities that come with it. It is amazing how much one can achieve in such a short time, and I am truly grateful to be where I am today.
